Call and ask for the duty assessor. Before we speak, secure the logger files, the dock records, the reefer download and the driver’s hours for the run — the data most often lost in the first two hours is the data that decides the case.

Visiting the lab

Bays 1 and 2 are working trailer bays. Visitors need closed footwear and a warm layer — bay 2 runs at −18 °C most days. Book ahead; there is no drop-in access.
