Advisory & audits  ·  Fee-for-service

An outside read of your cold chain, with nothing to sell you afterwards.

Five engagements, fixed-fee, run by assessors who spent their careers in distribution. Every finding is written against a published DCS standard, so you can see exactly what the expectation is and argue with it if you disagree.

Six questions before you call us

This is the same opening set our assessors use on a scoping call. It takes about a minute, nothing is sent anywhere, and it will tell you whether an engagement is worth the money yet.

Answers stay in your browser. We do not record, store or transmit them — there is no form submission behind this tool.

Answer yes only where it is documented

Five things we put in every contract

01

Fixed fee, quoted before we start

If the scope changes we stop and re-quote. We have never issued a variation invoice without a written scope change first.

02

Your data stays yours

Raw logger files, photographs and interview notes are handed over at the close of the engagement. We retain a copy for seven years for audit trail purposes and nothing else.

03

No product recommendations

A finding will tell you that a passive shipper cannot hold 96 hours at −25 °C ambient. It will not tell you whose shipper to buy.

04

Confidential by default

We never name a member in a case study, dataset or bulletin without written permission. Anonymised findings feed the excursion register in aggregate only.

05

You may disagree in writing

Any finding can be challenged before the report is finalised. Unresolved disagreements are printed in the report alongside our position, with yours stated in your own words.
